So what workouts do you do?
Do you do any DVD workouts?
Do you lift weights?
Do you prefer morning, afternoon or night workouts?
How often do you work out?

I chase a 2 year old around and I walk a few days a week. I prefer to walk in the morning or evening.

Do you lift weights? Yes I just started
Do you prefer morning, afternoon or night workouts? Evening
How often do you work out? Lately none, but everyday but Tuesday when I do

So what workouts do you do? was doing 30 Day Shred, but mostly whatever - Pilates, belly dance, etc
Do you do any DVD workouts? not so much... I have 10 minute trainer and 30 DS
Do you lift weights? once in awhile... I really should start
Do you prefer morning, afternoon or night workouts? prefer early morning or later evening but I usually am tired, so I workout during the day while thek ids are napping
How often do you work out?I try to do SOMEthing every day

So what workouts do you do? I run mostly. Not sure what my routine will be post baby.
Do you do any DVD workouts? i dont really like the videos.
Do you lift weights? I used to.
Do you prefer morning, afternoon or night workouts? Whenever but for running, morning or right after work are the best times.
How often do you work out? 5-6 days a week pre-baby... right now I do one day a week of yoga and trying to figure out how often I will go out post baby. I am thinking building back up to 5-6 days a week (taking baby with me if I have to).
