So I know we had these awhile back. I didn't know how much interest we might have in starting these up again. They're not win/lose challenges, but just healthy living challenges and things to incorporate into your daily lives.
Some past examples: drink 8 glasses of water a day, eat at least 2 fruits and veggies each day, exercise at least 15 minutes every day, etc.
Also, I didn't know if we'd be interested in a daily (or weekly) exercise move or routine. For example - 100 crunches, 50 pushups, 50 squats, or some routine to do during the week.
Thoughts? Input? Would you participate in either or both?
I'm all for the eating, drinking and working out.
On my part I have a pretty strict work out schedule so I am dead tired after what I already do and don't think I can add on to what I already do exercise wise.
