Anything else you'd like to share: I'm lacking motivation lately and really need to get back into working out regularly. Once it cools off, I want to try P90X and/or 30DS again. Also, going to try to really focus on eating healthy and not having a lot of junk food in the house!

Starting Weight this month: 205 (gained 1 lb since finding out my friend passed away, haven't been motivated to work out.
