My goal weight is 160. Its the heaviest I can be and still be a normal BMI. I have a larger frame so I am pretty sure anything less would make me look sickly. I am playing that by ear.
Right now I have 4 pounds to get back to pre-baby weight and then another 36 to that goal.
Normally I run about 4 times a week for 30 mins and try to get in 1 other day of a longer run (working up to 6 miles = 10K). I also calorie count. I use MFP and write down everything I eat and how many calories (plus I track a few other stats). I make sure I am eating less than my body will naturally burn. The last thing I do, I try to only drink water. That REALLY helps!
You know it is funny since I got pregnant I cut out all sodas and drink only water....and I mean I know I am pregnant but I am gaining a ton of weight. In 13 weeks I have gained almost 20 lbs and it isnt cause I am eating alot. I don't know what it going on.
