I know it is a while before we get to it, but how will you crave those wants at Thanksgiving?

For me being pregnant is going to be worse because I am not focused on my weight.

Small portions. I fix myself a plate with small portions of the not as healthy stuff and bigger portions of the healthy options.

I was pregnant last Thanksgiving. But thankfully I had full on morning sickness, so I didnt eat much at all.

I find denying myself = binging.
