Hi, how is everyone? I hope all is well
As for me, I am good. I started exercising and eating healthy. Since the end of November I have lost 11lbs. I am super excited to get out of the 200's. I set a mini goal of 15lbs, so then I could do mini rewards. So 4lbs for my first reward. When I hit that mark I will treat myself to something, I haven't decided what yet. I am thinking some shirts. I refuse to buy pants til I lose more weight.
We plan to take a trip to California in March, so my goal is to weigh 190, so lose 10lbs. That would be really nice, I would love to go to the beach, and even though I'm not small and 190 isn't small but it would be 21lbs smaller then I was and that alone is worth celebrating. So here is to hoping I can lose 10lbs.
My self esteem has shot up, I am feeling better about myself. I am loving life and I am more energetic. I am proud of the 11lb loss so far. I am on the right track. Nothing will stop me now
