Hi, how is everyone? I hope all is well

As for me, I am good. I started exercising and eating healthy. Since the end of November I have lost 11lbs. I am super excited to get out of the 200's. I set a mini goal of 15lbs, so then I could do mini rewards. So 4lbs for my first reward. When I hit that mark I will treat myself to something, I haven't decided what yet. I am thinking some shirts. I refuse to buy pants til I lose more weight.

We plan to take a trip to California in March, so my goal is to weigh 190, so lose 10lbs. That would be really nice, I would love to go to the beach, and even though I'm not small and 190 isn't small but it would be 21lbs smaller then I was and that alone is worth celebrating. So here is to hoping I can lose 10lbs.

My self esteem has shot up, I am feeling better about myself. I am loving life and I am more energetic. I am proud of the 11lb loss so far. I am on the right track. Nothing will stop me now

That's great! I'm doing the same thing. Just started Jan 1 and I already lost 5lb my first week. It feels great!

Great work! And mini goals definitely are the way to go. It definitely helps keep you motivated and feeling like you're accomplishing something.

i've lost 34lbs in 7 mths. its been slow but worth it, i'm doing this while we are ttc so i will be more healthier for myself, our son& our future child. my mini goal is 1-2lbs a week. i do that so i don't get overwhelmed by a big number of pounds to lose.

I am so proud of you Kendra!

I am hanging out at my pre-preggo weight. I am doing my best but really just seem to be maintaining.

Maureen- I LOVE your siggy, Susan is such a cutie.

Thanks everyone, I am doing mini goals of 10-15. I am not motivated by much anymore, but I push myself and what keeps me going is the thought of beaches in California lol

Good job Kendra! That's great! I've actually stopped trying to lose for awhile. I've gotten to between 168 and 170 and have been maintaining since about Thanksgiving. I'd really like to get to 160, but I'm not complaining. I'm in size 10/12 pants now and small to medium shirts! I've never been this size before (as an adult). Keep up the great work!

Thats great to hear Amber, its so nice though that you are almost at your goal. Its always nice to at least keep a steady weight going.
