I want everyone to make a goal each week and try to match it. So if you say 1 lb then try for 2. But don't make it more than you can or more than is good for your body. Doesn't even have to be weekly, can be biweekly or monthly.
I will start with 1 lb a week since I am breastfeeding. I am currently 286.5 lbs. My goal weight is 185. Which means my current weight loss match up is 2 lbs.
