When I started the HCG I was weighed as well as measured! I feel this was the biggest KEY to continuing my diet because on days that the scale felt like my enemy, I had my loss of inches. REMEMBER even if the number is not changing on the scale IT DOES NOT MEAN you are not losing inches along the way!
With the HCG you lose weight pretty fast but then you hit a plateau as with any diet. You have to adjust to which foods work better than others with your metabolism. I kept a food journal as well as a journal of weight lost and inches lost.
Taking body shots is also another great way to be able to look back at all your hard work! Being able to put them side by side and show to people who see you everyday is another way to feel great!
