Urghh... I am having a feel sorry for myself night.
I just cannot control myself. I do well during the day, get a workout done, but then as soon as afternoon hits I go downhill.
I am feeling so crappy right now about myself. I feel like my husband looks at me and just thinks I am gross and all I do is eat cookies all day

(he probably doesn't, but sometimes I think maybe he does).
So... does anyone have any tricks for being motivated? What motivates you??
