I found out I had at least 1 gallstone when I was pregnant with dd. I cut out fast food and that seemed to help (as did zofran). After I had her, my stomach issues went away.
I am now preggo with #2 and I am noticing the gallstone issues are back. I almost always have to throw up after dinner due to a very bloated feeling (and its not accompanied by the nausea I have with morning sickness).
I have doing research all morning and it appears I need to go on a VERY VERY VERY low fat diet (dairy free and mostly gluten free).
