Hello- I am not new to jm, just this board. I noticed you are on the south beach diet. I was thinking of starting that, how is it going? Where did you get the info on all of the phases? I really need to lose weight, but every sight I look on charges me!! I was just hoping you could give me som info!! Thanks a lot!!!!!!
It's pretty slow right now. Only losing about 1- 1/2 lbs a week. I lost really quickly in phase 1 though. As long as I'm still losing, that's what is important and it really isn't that hard to follow. Try this article for some info. It has the guidelines for the phases at the end of the article.
