<span style="font-family:Geneva">I am ttc#3, weighing more than I should! I have high blood pressure, with the other 2 I didn't. Did any of you have high blood pressure while pg? I m/c twins in May and the ob dr. put me on meds for my blood pressure, but now dh thinks maybe that caused m/c and is scared for me to take anything! Anyway, just wondering if any of you had any experience with that, and if so what did you do???
I am working on my diet, etc. So maybe that will help! I am hoping this is my month!!!!!!!
I had high blood pressure toward the end of my pregnancy. Limit your intake of fatty foods and salt. Try to eat really low fat, low calorie foods like raw veggies and fruits. Limit it your consumption of caffiene, as that can raise your blood pressure. Get cardiovascular exercise (I walked). And, of course, don't drink or smoke. Other than that, I'm not really sure of anything that will help other than medications.
Good luck on TTC!
