Well, I normally don't moan and complain about my weight. I was in the process (yes, a slow one) of loosing weight and changing my lifestyle. Then, here I am pregnant and turning back to all the processed food i gave up and managing to eat way too many carbs.
The point. I am 3 1/2 months along (will confirm at 2maros appointment) and I already feel my belly fat is being pushed down. My boobs are bigger (but that is okay.) I also have fat being pushed to the top.
How did yalls belly fat change during prengancy?
Will the belly fat go back up or only after I loose everything ? I plan on doing Dr. Bernstien's diet after the baby. Has anyone tried it? It is in Canada and parts of the USA now (you can check the site drbdiet.com).
Okay let me know. And please keep me in your thoughts. I am about to start writing my final which is due Thursday (the final - rough draft due 2maro).
Mine did the same as yours. It pushed both down and up. And it didn't go back. It's beginning too now that I'm losing the weight but I think I'm going to have to completely lose it before it looks normal again. Those babies do some interesting things to your body!
I'd never heard of that diet. I did South Beach for a while to quick start the weight loss and now I'm just doing a 1500 calorie a day diet and trying to watch the fat and carbs, but still eating more variety of foods than I did on South Beach. I still have about 25 lbs to go though. It's been a very slow process.
Good luck on your final.
