Hi everyone! I'm sorry I've been a bit MIA but have been keeping up with you all. We had our first u/s when I was 5 weeks but were only able to see the sac and no baby. I decided to wait until after our next u/s, which was today, before posting again.
We were happy to see the baby and it's teeny, tiny heartbeat! So amazing...DH was late coming from work and I ended up having to get an internal u/s (I refer to it as the dildo cam) with DD in the room.
My edd is the same (9/15) and we have another appointment in 2 weeks. Here in Japan, they give u/s's every time you go for an appointment, as well as bloodwork, so I feel lucky that I'll be able to see the little bub again soon.
It's starting to feel a bit more real! H&H 9 months to everyone!
Me and the OH call it the dildo cam too... his eyes almost popped out his head when they applied the condom on it too and some lube...
