We were at Bass Pro Shops today (a HUGE outdoors/hunting/fishing store). Bored out of my mind while DH was shopping for fishing supplies, I roamed around the store with the other bored wives. I came across the most adorable little winter outfit -- a soft, fuzzy bear outfit, complete with a hood with little ears and a little tail on the bum -- it has little paw prints on the feet too! On sale for $12 and it was size 3 - 6 months, which will make it perfect for these Midwestern winters.
I found DH and showed it to him -- he broke out into a huge smile, laughed and said it was cute.
One outfit down........countless more to go!

I went to Gap Maternity to buy some clothes for myself today and let me tell you how hard it was not to just buy everything in Baby Gap!! They had the CUTEST little outfits!! I am making myself wait until I know the sex, but we'll see how long that lasts!! You need to post a picture of the outfit Where in the midwest are you? I was born out that way
HAHA, we have a Bass not far from me and DH wanted to go look for something there. So I was one of those board wives walking around with kid in tow. I totally saw that outfit your talking about and wanted to get it too! How funny. Did they have a crib set up with Camo bedding at yours? I thought that was a Little crazy!
Amy -- I did see all of the camo bedding. They even have PINK camo for girls!
Anna -- I did have the momentary struggle of whether or not to buy it. I decided it wasn't a "real" shopping purchase and just something fun -- so I figured it didn't count (in my warped mind, it works!)
Can't wait to see my fuzzy little baby bear.....

OH how fun! Might have to drag hubby to the Cabela's!! And pink camo? That might be perfect... even better if I could find it in purple! I think we may have just found our theme. hehehe (We are scouts!!)
That is so adorable! I love the tail, and the little feet marked on there too! Can't wait to see your LO in it!! Too fun.
I was just thinking, our babies will be the perfect age for all the little cuddly one-piece thick outfits. Will hit that 3-6 age right in the winter! Wahoo!!
