So today is day one of Spring Break and Jacob is running a slight temperature. We spent the day in PJs (well, he did, I gave up around noon and showered ) I just watched two of my hundreds of favorite movies ever: A League of Their Own and P.S. I Love You. So now I'm starting a new thread of favorite movies. I would have to say P.S. I Love You and A Lot Like Love top my list. What are some of the other great movies out there?
Blindside was amazing! My favorite movies...
Fun Movies: Charlie & the Chocolate Factory(new one) & Alice & Wonderland
Kids Movies: Nemo, Meet the Robinsons, & Cars
Romantic Comedies: How to Lose a Guy in 10 days
Other: Man on Fire, Inside Man & Knocked Up
OK mine are mostly all more than 10 years old but here's a rambling list in no particular order: Sound of Music, Gone with the Wind, Star Wars (all of the first three, I pretend those last three didn't happen), It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World, Tommy Boy, Forrest Gump, Children of Men, Lord of the Rings (the first and third of the trilogy), Out of Africa, 300 (ladies you gotta see this just for Gerard Butler) and well no list would be complete without Airplane!
I watched it like 4 times yesterday right in a row, might have been because I was too lazy to switch the dvd but I really never get bored of that movie, when it comes to "Stu's Tiger Song" I play it like 3 times lol, I can't wait for the sequel!
Legally Blonde, Dead Poet's Society, Shrek, Zoolander, Office Space!
And I totally second the idea of watching "300" just for the amazingly rock solid abs that all of the Spartans have.....it's one were you can convince DH/OH to watch because of the battle scenes while you sit there and drool over the men.
Dance Magic Dance!!! The Power of the Babe! Another great movie!! I love baby Toby and his little red and white PJs.
They've been playing Don't Say a Word like crazy on OnDemand, but it's always on when my son is around, and that's a freaky movie You guys are coming up with awesome movies; I'm making a mental note of what to watch tomorrow if he is still running a fever
