Anyone having a lot of shortness of breath lately? Last week I got so winded trying to leave a voicemail on my phone while walking to my car that you couldn't understand a word of what I was trying to say. Luckily it was for my supervisor who just laughed when he heard it. But its starting to happen when I'm on the phone at work and just sitting still. I know it happens later on, but does anyone else have it this early?
Thank you Alethia for my gorgeous siggy!!
Add me to the SOB team I go to bed at night and have to take so many DEEEEP breaths just to feel like I'm getting in enough oxygen after doing all the night-pre-bed stuff... It doesn't help that we live 9000 feet up and oxygen up here is a bit thin.

Same here. I am trying to figure out if it is pregnancy related or my asthma started coming back with spring allergies. It am pretty hopeless during this season. At this point I am a pregnant asthmatic with allergies... yuck..
I am also suffering from shortness of breath. I was blowing on my sons face earlier today(because it makes him crack up)and after like 30 seconds I felt like I was going to pass out. I also get out of breath from activities that really arent that strenuous. Guess theres getting to be less room in there for our lungs to expand.
I have learned that I cannot walk and talk at the same time! If I am on the phone and go from one room to the other while talking, I am winded! Everyone asks me what the heck I am doing! LOL! So yes, add me to the SOB team!
