A Camera!!

I'm so excited! I had my first summer class today and the professor told us we would need to have a digital camera for class (no idea why, it's a teaching class!), so I figured it was the perfect excuse to finally go out and buy one. I got a little teal Fujifilm Finepix. I made the poor electronics guy show me a whole slew of different cameras so I could compare I don't know if anyone has ever made such a big deal about a point and click camera. I went in dead set on the Cannon Powershot, but I changed my mind. I'm really excited! The battery is charging now, but tomorrow I'll update with some belly pics

YAY!!! Did you get one with a rechargeable battery?

Can't wait to see your belly, Amy! A camera is a definite must have with a baby on the way!!! You won't regret it!

Awwww, congrats hun! Fuji is a good brand, it was the first digital I ever owned.

Maybe you needed to camera for teaching portfolio pics??? I had to take pics for both my undergrad and grad school portfolios.

Great investment! I mainly use my blackberry at the moment for pictures, but I have my trusty Nikon for when my lovebug arrives.

Can't wait to see little Sawyer in the tumtum!!

... good thing about your teacher telling you you need a camera is you can WRITE IT OFF on your taxes so keep the receipt and your syllabus (if it says camera required) and ta daaaa... you can include it with your education expenses
