I have to do a 24 hour urine collection. BP is starting to go up. Anyways, they give you a giant orange jug to put the pee in. Then you have to keep that in the fridge. Well, I knew I pee alot as far as number of times I go every day. I thought I was doing little amounts though. Turns out I pee huge amounts! lol I've only been doing this for 6 hours and half the jug is full! I should have gotten a second jug. hahaha My husband is so incredibly grossed out! lol Man, all this work to make a brand new human.

LOL... I did so many of those with the boys. Luckily I've only had to do it twice so far this pregnancy. I can't help but giggle as I walk through the huge parking lot to bring it into the lab. Toting a huge jug of pee.

That does not sound fun. I think I'd be a little creeped out having a jug of pee in my fridge.

Oh my gosh! I haven't thought about the walk back with my jug oh pee! The office is on the second floor. lol

Wow, 24 hours of pee. Don't keep any lemonade in your fridge. Why do you have to do that?

I had to pee 4 times last night between 11pm and 8am. I'm glad I just had to flush it away.

I always put it in a plastic bag that way no one could see the obvious jug of pee. This last time was great because my peri actually gave me a hospital bag to put it in so no one saw my jug of urine.

about filling it up so fast! I've done that before too. I know you ran out of room in the jug - but you need to keep collecting your pee - or they'll make you re-do it. I had that problem before too. it needs to be a full 24 hour collection.

I think they're worried about Pre-E since my BP has gone up. They did BW too. She said she wanted a baseline.

Um... Ewwwwwwwwwwww.... I have never heard of this before. Wonder what 24 hours of pee shows that 1 pee wouldn't show. I hope everything is okay pee-pee queen!

I just had to call in and tell them I need a second jug! My hubby is stopping by after work to pick it up and is mortified! lmbo The lab woman was laughing too and was like woah.
