a girl i know had her baby at 35 weeks on tues night... it all happened within 45mins... she woke up knew it was time,,, they put her 2 year old in the car... called the grandparents (who live 20 mins away)... got to the hospital and had the baby and was all done with the baby in the NICU before the grandparents got there

crazy fast!!!! would be nice but i might be in a little bit of a panic if it was me.. but would take it over 20 hours!!!

I always wish I could have a fast labor. For me, labor is a long thing that has me completely exhausted by the end. My shortest was 10 hours and my longest was 22.5 hours.

YIKES! That's too fast in my book. A lady I used to teach with had her first in 45 minutes (water broke then started contractions) and her second was about 30 minutes (same scenario). I couldn't even imagine!

Thats how my labor is, last one was 2 hours from when I lost my plug to baby ! The only problem is we are 30 min to town !

countrylove4... that is crazy!!!!

the baby is doing ok... he is 5.13, but that is actually 8oz bigger than his sister was at 37.5weeks

he just need to learn to eat now, his iv is already gone, so good in the land of premmies!

Lol, my sister was born in 20 minutes in our living room Mom woke up at 3am to her water broken in bed and went downstairs to call the doctor but by the time she reached the bottom step she was already crowning, the EMTs made it JUST in time to catch Unlike me who had a 90 hour induction with my daughter, I'm just hoping to keep it to a day max lol

All I could think of is PAIN! I'm glad they made it there in time. Almost had a car baby! Congrats to your friends.
