Here's my growth chart
Kellen:
Birth: 8#, 20"
release from hossy: 7# 11 oz
At 3 days old: 7# 7oz
At 6 weeks: 11# 9oz, 23.5" (95% in height, 75% in weight)
At 2 months: 13# 12oz (95%); 25" (97%)
At 4 months: 18# 2oz (95%); 27" (90-95%)
At 6 months: 20# 10 oz (95%); 28.25" (90-95%)
At 9 months: 23# 14 oz (75-90%); 31" (> 97%)
At 1 year: 25# 11 oz (90%); 33" (> 97%)
At 18 months: 28# 11 oz, 34.5"
Kerris:
Birth: 6# 3oz, 20" at 37 weeks 1 day (April 21, EDD was 5/11)
release from hossy: 6# 2 oz
48 hour check up: 5# 9.5 oz
2 week: 6# 12oz
