in quite awhile. Drake woke up at 2AM just talking and then he started calling for me so I went in there rocked him and laid him back down. 15 minutes later I hear him saying "rock, rock" so I go back and rock him so more, lay him back down etc. 15 minutes later he starts yelling and crying. I go back and try to rock again but now he is upset. He does not end up going back to sleep till 5AM and in my bed. My poor husband had such a hard time getting ready for work and trying not to wake Drake. He was crabby a few days ago. I wish he would let me look in his mouth so that I could know it is just teeth and not his ears. (Since we paid so much for the ear tubes) He has been grabbing at his ears but shows none of the other signs he used to when having ear problems. Last night he was not even upset initially. Anyhow, I am sooooo tired today and hoping I can make it through till bedtime tonight!

Sorry it was such a rough night! It sounds like teething to me. Max wakes up more often and plays with his ears a lot when he gets new teeth. Hopefully Drake's come in quick and he starts sleeping better!

It is pretty uncommon for a kid to get an ear infection once they have the tubes in. I bet it's teething! I hope tonight is better for you.

Hope you and Drake can get some good sleep tonight! We had a weekend like that last month -- I think it was like 3 or 3:30 in the morning before I got her to sleep. She had a picked up a viral infection, only we didn't know it at the time. Hopefully, it's just teething for him.

yay! he did sleep much better last night. He woke up and whimpered a bit but went right back to sleep thank heavens. Getting to bed was not too easy though!
