We are feeling pretty settled after 4 weeks...though I think there will always be boxes that need unpacked. It's going to get really interesting once we decide to start finishing the rest of the basement because there are a ton of boxes down there
I have tendonitis really bad in my wrists and my left shoulder/arm has been killing me forever....3 years at least but lately it's been horrendous..as well as both my knees. I'm seeing an orthopedic on Thursday to address my shoulder then appts for the rest. Hopefully I will feel better soon and motivated to unpack the rest of the house. For now though it's pretty well packed away and looks good...feels like home
Finally starting to purchase decorative items to make it feel more homey.
Finally got the last of my new furniture last week. We had two deliveries where some of the pieces were damaged and we had to keep waiting for new deliveries. I was getting so mad!!! I don't have any good pictures of the rooms taken just yet because I've been lazy but I did take some pictures of the furniture with my cell because my BFF from Kansas wanted to see everything. So these are pictures of everything new except are breakfast nook table, saddle chairs, bar stools and wicker furniture we bought for the library and front porch. I'll get some other pictures up later...just feeling lazy these days!!

It has been a lot smoother than I thought. We had to take two planes and it was a 12 hour day from our old house to the hotel. We have been here a little over 2 weeks but most of our things are still in boxes on the east coast. They are at my grandmothers house waiting to be shipped. She is unpacking my perfectly packed boxes and repacking what she thinks we need and sending in flat rate boxes. ugh! its so annoying and costing so much more. clothes and matchbos cars do not need a flat rate box. So she is driving me nuts but I bite my tongue cause she is doing me a favor of mailing them and making the trips to the post office for me. We moved with very little and got rid of most of our stuff so we are starting over basically from scratch. We only have beds for now and will slowly buy new furniture as we can. I honestly want to get the kids new bikes and some fun toys before I get a couch or anything. Its really no biggy to me. Well kids are running like crazies and gonna wake up Joey so I'll get back on here later.
