No idea yet!! We need to get some things at the grocery store to help us use up most of the non-perishable food we have left before we move!
I think we will be having so pretty ghetto meals this week, so I'll spare you our menu

Thank you for this post! I'm lacking ideas lately too. All I know is we are having pasta, salad and garlic bread tonight....the rest of the week is still unplanned.

tomorrow, we're having a turkey dinner (IL's are here and we need to cook up this turkey!) and we'll probably have pizza one night and enchiladas one night. Maybe lasagna one night... Hmmm... I need to go to the store!

Oh goodness. Tonight I had half a leftover burger from Friday night and Max had Mickey nuggets, spinach dinosaurs, and sweet potato fries. Tomorrow I'm having eggs to use them up. I will scramble an egg for Max, who will refuse to eat it. I will probably also make toast, which he will maybe eat. He'll probably end up with apple sauce, beef jerky, and a cheese stick. Wednesday we will probably get Chick Fil A or something equally awesome, since we fly out Thursday morning at 6 am. Then we're in MI all weekend!

It's "on your own" week here. I'm spending M, T, and W working all day in my classroom and DH's first day back is actually TH, so our schedules are totally different and I don't feel like trying to make a weekly menu (especially when on three of the days, DH will want to eat a HUGE lunch and take a nap, thus ensuring that he won't eat dinner). We have plenty of frozen stuff and soup, so we'll just make do until the weekend.
