I have SOOOO slacked on water, but I'm getting better now that I'm back at the gym. I will drink any kind of water (bottled, tap, britta...) but I like it room temp. The kids all love water, too. They have to drink more distilled because our water is higher in flouride (more than is recommended for kids under 9).

I drink bottled water but only a couple kinds because most of the others have a funky taste. Ice cold is my favorite.....where it crystallizes as you pull it out of the freezer or even right before when its sooooo cold.
E drink whose ever what he can get his hands on. Typically though he gets his on from the fridge.
