Helllllo little update.

Haven't been around much but just wanted to share my new little addition

His name is Peyton James (PJ, Peej, etc lol)
He was 3 days early (7/11/11)
7lb2oz and 19in! My Brendan was a beast compared to my little PJ. Although Brendan was 10 days overdue!

PJ was 8lbs at his 1st appt, definitely doing good.

The labor was AWESOME! I woke up with minor ctrx but I was in denial. They were 10m apart all day and slowly getting more painful. Around 8pm I finally decided to go to L&D as I could not walk or talk thru the ctrx anymore, but they were still 10m apart. I even took Brendan to the park, bathed him, took a shower, packed my bag, and cleaned my entire house AND did laundry. Nesting is no old wives tale!

I get to hosp and I am 8cm!!!! To think that I wasn't even going to go to hosp until after True Blood is amazing. LOL. I would've had PJ at the entry doors!

I was trying for a no meds birth again, and thank God I was already 8cm. Made things SO much easier! I rocked on the glider until I felt the baby pretty much about to crown during contractions. I call the nurse, pushed for 9 minutes, and there is my sweet baby boy

. Was only there for 2 hours before he was born!! Was a truly amazing labor and delivery.

Brendan was totally fascinated with him..He kind of understood where PJ came from and is so proud to be a big brother. A week after we were home though Brendan seemed to start acting out. Like regressing to when he was 1yr old. You know, climbing on tables, taking things and throwing it, etc etc. He never showed aggression to the baby, I just think he didn't really know how to express this big change. He's getting better though. It could also be due to the fact that we're home a lot more, and he is probably just bored.
