how do you know if your cervix is higher? i know this is a weird questin, but i have no idea... help m eplease!!

You can tell if it's high when you check it and you can barely touch it with your fingertip. It is usually higher in the morning and will drop throughout the day. I usually check mine around 3 everyday to be consistent. It's best to check it everyday, that way you'll definitely notice the change. This was my first cycle doing it and, had I not been checking it all along, I probably wouldn'tve noticed! The biggest thing for me...it actually centered. Normally mine is hanging out to one side, but when it moved higher, it also became more centralized.
