I BOUGHT A KITTEN!!!!!!! I've never had a kitten before. I've always adopted adult cats, so this is a first for me. His name is Oliver, and he is 8 weeks old. He's going to be a HUGE cat I think. He has the massive paws and a huge tail. I think be might be part Maine Coon. He is the sweetest little dude EVER! The other cats are still hissing at him, but he keeps running up to them anyhow and pawing at them. He's a little trouble maker. And RANDOM!!!! He goes flying from one end of the room to the other knocking everything over, and finding the most unusual things to play with. He goes strong for about 20 minutes, and then crashes wherever he is. Oh...and he LOVES giving kisses on your nose! We have him in our basement right now to keep him away from all of the other animals for a bit until he gets used to his space here. We have the rooms seperated with a baby gate so the other animals can see him...just no eating him! The dogs don't know what to make of him yet! hahaha Its all so cute.
So that is why I haven't been around much the past 24 hours. Nikki is a horrible influence! I saw her adorable little kitten, and went and adopted one from the Humaine Society.
World...meet Oliver!!!!!! ( I will take better pictures once we aren't stuck in the basement! lol)
OMG!!! He is precious...thank you for adopting from the Humane Society!! It is so important to rescue and to spay and neuter. Oliver is definitely a cutie!!
I hear ya Ashley! I now have 2 dogs and 4 cats...time to draw the line! Out of all of those animals though...3 cats are from the humaine society, and my one dog Spencer is a rescue dog that we adopted. The poor little dude spent the first two years of his life being abused and locked up in a cage. He's a special case because of that...but he's getting better month by month! I love Oliver already...he is the CUTEST! OMG I want to cuddle and squeeze him all the time! hahaha. He's probably thinking "leave me alone already you crazy women...I need to move!"
OMG!!! I have been begging DH to let me have a little orange or orange and white fluff ball kitten. And now look what you got!! haha I LOVE HIM!! HE is so so so CUTE!!! Congrats furmommy!!
He is so cute!!!! I want on too! Dh won't let me get anymore cats. He says two is enough. Maybe after we get moved in I will just get one without him approving! LOL Orange cats is my favorite!

hehe, thanks guys! I think I might be obsessed with him! He's had such a busy and stressful 24 hours...he's now passed out on top of his cat perch. I'll update with more pictures soon. OMG he's so cuddly...he's been sound asleep purring for the past hour! I think its so neat how they purr while they're asleep. SO CUTE! Now I can see how people get addicted to getting kittens! Now that he's sleeping, I'm off to give love to all of my other animals. I don't want them to feel left out! lol
OMG! How cute!!! You guys are totally making me want another kitty, but my cat is old and grumpy and probably wouldn't tolerate a new kitten in the house. Plus DH probably wouldn't like it either!
He's soooo adorable!!! I can't wait to see more pics!
Thank you brie_91 for this fabulous siggy!!
