I really want to try to 'feel' when I ovulate. I have no idea what to look for. I never have any symptoms that I'm getting my period. It just shows up when it's supposed to, give or take a day. So I don't anticipate that ovulating will be anymore different.

For those of you who can 'feel' when you O, can you share what you are feeling with me? Signs or feelings that I should pay attention to.

I never feel a dang thing but one thing I CAN say I always notice every month like clockwork is cervical mucus. Try to think how your vagina feels near the middle of your cycle - if you're starting to feel a little wet down there you're starting to get fertile. As soon as your CM is clear and stretchy, you're most likely ovulating. If possible, start having sex as soon as you notice wetness.

There are three things I read about to look for. Your CM, cervical position, and your basal temperature. All three of these things coincide with ovulation. If they are tracted each month for several months you should be able to get a good picture of when you O in your cycle. I sometimes feel O pain and I know that some women have spotting when they O due to the change in your hormones. My sister-in-law (she really wants a niece or nephew! ) let me borrow a great book called, "Taking Charge of your Fertility", that has helped me to understand my body better.

as soon as you notice a change in your cervical mucus a slippery senstation at the vulva. It can sometimes go from a stringy white to a clear slippery mucus. It is different for every woman therefore as soon as you notice a change from either your normal unfertile discharge or dryness start TTC!!!! Good Luck and God Bless

My back really hurt about 1-2 days before I O'd. My CP was high also. TMI: I checked using my middle finger and had to push with my other hand to actually feel it. It was high up there!
I also had cramping that day as well. Not necessarily on one side but all over.

When I O, I usually get some sort of cramping to one side of my lower belly. Some times its worse then others but its always enough to notice. I usually get tired and my BB's get a little sore.

Hope this helps.

Well, my cm gets clear & slippery, like egg whites. Also, I get what feels like a very light throbbing or pinging on one side of my lower abdomen/pelvis (at least I assume it is when I am ovulating - the point in my cycle when it happens seems about right). It isn't painful at all, but it is definitely something I notice. I never really gave it much thought until 4 months ago - when my partner & I started ttc.
