Well today DH and I bought a crate for Lucy. She has been hanging out in it all day eating her bones and playing with toys which we are super excited about because she is learning to like it. We havent shut the door on her yet though. I'm afraid the crate might be a bit too big, I'm thinking maybe she can potty on one side and sleep on the other, but then I am not sure as its not THAT big. I'm new at the crate training, so not really sure how to determine. We also went and bought some potty pads and put one by the door as someone suggested so when we see her go over to it we can quickly take her out...she doesn't really seem to gravitate toward it yet and that may be because I bought a cheap kind and it may not have enough "attractant" as I heard is possible with cheaper brands. As for Ginger's leash aggressivness, we are gonna work on it, I'm so nervous about them starting school on Tues. because its at our local pet store and there are going to be lots of people and dogs there and I'm soooooo nervous about having to walk in with her for the first time. But we told the trainer this was her only major issue and they said they would tackle it. So, I'm also excited. And never seen the halti before, we will have to look into that!
