Ok, officially today is the first day of winter. How's the weather in your area?

Where I'm from, South Texas, it's cool. NOT cold, but cool. I LOVE it. I hope it's colder for this weekend. I'm off Friday. So, 3 day weekend for me and my DH. It should be fun. I hope it snows again on Christmas day like it did last year. It NEVER snows here. Last year we only got 2 inches of snow, but it was BEAUTIFUL..

I live in San Diego, CA - it is a little cloudy this morning, but looks like it is going to get sunny by afternoon. Right now it is cool 57 degrees out, but it is expected to reach a high of 75 degrees. One on the great things about living here is we can go up to the snow in the nearby mountains and it is a day trip!

Here, High of 30 low of 17, still snow on the ground from last week. Forecast said snow on Saturday, I am keeping my fingers crossed it snows but that the roads dont get bad so that we are able to get down to my family's houses on Christmas.

Very mild, 50 or so. It's raining though (Seattle you know). It snowed in November but I don't think it'll be white for Christmas. But the mountains are very close, about 40 minutes away. So I just might have to make a trip. Actually, I'm flying to Minnesota in the beginning of January so I'll get plenty of cold and snow then!

It's Florida, I don't expect much for winter. =P It was probably 50-60 out this mornin, got a little warmer BUT we are supposed to have a hard freeze tonight...which I still find amazing. I'm still hoping for a random snow!!

A bit cold here in Toronto, Ontario, but at least the sun was shining for a better part of the afternoon so that helped. If the darn wind would stop things would be nicer.
I guess I shouldn't complain, I do live in Canada. Its to be expected, lol.

It was in the mid 20's today with a wind chill around 13 degrees. They say this has been one of the coldest and snowiest (over 40 inches of snow this month!) Decembers on record. We finally saw the sun a few days ago. It was also said that our sun average has been really low this month. And everyday I ask myself why I live in this cold state.........

My DH is from just outside of the Toronto area! His sister and her husband and child live in Toronto.
We will be in Canada for part of Christmas and Boxing Day of course!
