FRIDAY!*


30 minutes of cardio:

**CHECK** -- I'm back ladies!!!!!!


25 Dumbbell Squats Dumbbell Squats:

**CHECK** -- I havent did any real workouts in a while.. TX got me off balance!


25 Single leg squat with press (each leg) Single leg squat with press:

**CHECK** -- DONE!


10 turkish get ups (each side) Turkish Get-ups:

**CHECK** -- My first time doing this!


I know I've been missing lately.. I've done some cardio here and there.. but, I'm back!!!! GOTTA GET MY WORKOUT BACK ON! I've been slacking lately.. disappointed in myself! I told DF he's going to have to buy me a new Wii game.. he said he will next week... WOOHOO! So I will be back on my workout for real! I want the Dance Dance Revolution game... lol now that'll be a real workout!

I've missed you ladies!!
