Does your DH do anything to increase sperm count? Is there a type of vitamin that can do it or certain foods? I'm trying to figure out all the ways we can improve our chances so i was just wondering.

I have The Husband taking 1000mg of Vit. C and Triple Ginsa Rush from GNC (three types of ginseng, 200mg each type). He already doesn't drink alcohol or smoke (as a recovering Lyme patient, we have to watch that stuff on him). I also read that Ginko helps build sperm count and increase motility.

Do not have laptop on DH's lap..because of heat would affect the sperm.
I'm having dh take vitamins. other than having low sperm..there isn't much men can do these days. Women with problems are able to take clomid, femara, IUI, etc while men with low sperm pretty much are crap out of luck and need extra help like IVF.

DH takes 1000 mg of vit C, L-Argine, Selenium, Multi Vit, Vit E, Zinc, Folic Acid and Fish oil. I read that all of those combined helps. Shockingly, he has been a trooper about it!

Dh takes multi's already, zinc, plus additional C's in his morning smoothies. I did make him stop eating my veggie burgers because I read that soy is bad for sperm count.

Nope - DH isn't doing anything. He doesn't smoke and he doesn't drink much. His bad habits include playing video games (like he is right now... stupid shooting games going off in my house!!!!)

I bought him some Maca root - but he won't take it. However to support our cause, he doesn't wear underwear!

Umm, I should have my DH do no underwear, does it really help? Sorry personal question does your DH like it or is he unconformable?
