I loved Allisons performance!! I also liked Danny,Matt, the blind buy, and the hippy chick (I cant ever remember all of their names) Adam DESTROYED the Johnny Cash song I did not like that all! Or that Anoop guy how could they say that was the best performance of the night
I know Matt he was 2 years ahead of me in school so that awesome that I actually know someone that is on the show!! I worked with a girl that has a beautiful voice but she doesnt like singing in front of big crowds so I dont know if she will ever audition

i actually really liked adam...was it the best of the night? no, but i think he had a really contemporary vibe...i agreed with Randy...the only bad one that i can think of was michael (the first guy out) was nothing special for me...i thought scott (the blind guy) had his best performance yet as well as Matt. Danny was just ok to me tonight and so was allison and alexis (she really looks like dolly parton...minus the bbs) and what about ANOOP? wow...he did really well. his vocals were 100% better. i think overall it was great night. i love the remakes of the songs...it reminds me of david cook...i always looked forward to his versions and twist to the songs....tough night to see someone go home (except michael)

I thought Adam's version of Johhny Cash was HORRIBLE and weird and gross... lol I guess I didn't love it! I love Danny, so I think he can sing anything and be great. I actually liked Anoop tonight, he's very Boyz 2 Men ish to me, I think he can be good, he just isn't very good at picking songs. I don't like Megan, she can sing-kinda but that one dance move she has is getting old very fast. The one young girl with the red hair is really good, I can't remember her name though. I think overall I was most disappointed with Adam, I didn't see that performance coming and wish it never would have! and my fav's tonight were Danny, Anoop and the red haired girl.

I HATE HATE HATE Adam! Jason laughs at me but for some reason everytime he sings I have to leave the room or look away, he pisses me off hes so into himself and thinks hes so good and can twist any song around anyway he wants and hell always be the best which is NOT the case! Ugh, I want him to go home but I know he wont.

Anyway! lol I LOVE Danny he is my fav for sure!! Him and Alison. I wish Matt Giraurd would get credit for how good he is too, no one really talks about him but I think he is really good. Anoop did sooooo good and so did Megan for being so sick, Ive always really loved her voice and how different she is. Im sad to say I think Michael Sarver is going home-which I feel bad cuz hes such a nice guy but his voice is nothing compared to the other people! The singers this season are sooo good!

I usually watch something else on tuesday nights but our cable went out in our bedroom so I we watched AI downstairs. Normally I try to catch the wed show but my other show is on at the same time so I only watch parts of it Last night was the first night I actually sat down and watched it all the way through (besides the auditions i LOVE them!!)

Megan did good being sick but I am getting tired of her same style every week and always doing that strange dancing. And I didn't like Adam because he is kinda creepy. He does have a good voice though. I was really surprised the judges liked him this week.

I have to agree.....Adam murdered the Johnny Cash song. It was really weird!! I think he screams most of his lyrics..not sings them.
I think that Danny, Anoop and Matt G. did the best last night. I think that Lil and Allison did the best out of the girls.
I just really can't stand Adam. The sad thing is that if he is the one who does not get enough votes and is supposed to go home.....you know the judges will save him. YUCK!!

I actually liked Adam. But i don't watch it very often so i've barely heard him sing. He does seem a little full of himself though.

I didn't see it 'cause we were BDing (LOL), but I'm so disappointed to hear that Alexis was sent home! I really liked her and am kind of surprised the judges didn't save her. I had wanted Kris, Matt, or Scott to go - nice guys but boring, IMO. Sigh. Now the tour will be pretty lopsided with 7 guys and only 3 girls. I'm rooting for Allison now. Adam is certainly interesting but I have to hear him more before I make a final decision on him.

I guessed that either Alexis or the country guy would go home tonight. I dont think either one of their performances were up to par. Jolene is a very hard song to pull off to me personally.

I'm a BIT UPSET that Alexis went home tonight! I thought Adam, Megan, Michael or Kris should have went home before her! I really liked Alexis out of the girls! She wasn't my favorite but, she was DF's favorite girl.. I like Allison out of the girls pretty much... Allison, Lil and Alexis can sing in my opinion.. But, I really like Danny & Matt! I hope one of them wins!!!!

I'm so ready for Adam, Michael, Megan & Kris to go home!! I like Anoop and Scott as well but, I just don't think they will win... thats my opinion.. BLAH @ AMERICAN IDOL right now! lol

What about that weird opening number? I have never seen them lip-sync on AI but it was VERY obvious...my Dh and I were sitting there scratching our heads....
I was shocked to see Alexis in the bottom...i was sure it was michael...Dh knew they wouldn't save her, however i thought so...but after she BOMBED the song at the end...i felt so bad for her...i know she was super nervous...but i guess they wanted to see her be able to hold it together under pressure....
I would say with the exception of michael...its a pretty even race...everyone brings something different to the table...its just who will make the most impact with the voters...

I felt bad for Michael (even though i am not a fan) when they announced that they would save one...then they announced that it was Alexis...I wonder if Michael realized that he would have gone home, no questions asked.... I think that process is all really akward...

Did they really lip sync on AI? That would be totally weird. Sometimes my TV does weird things and isn't showing people's mouths moving at the same time the sounds are coming out. Maybe that's what it was?

too us, the sound didn't even sound right, like it was a track...nothing else that night was like that...it was so strange...their lips def. didn't match up...but everything else was fine through the rest of show. i thought maybe because that song was so wordy and they didn't want to mess up...i think i am going to go back on the DVR and check it out...i was totally shocked about it....

It totally sounded pre-recorded to me too. I really thought Michael Sarver was going to go home last night. Alexis had an off night but she didnt deserve to go home she was really good! Dangit! I knew they wouldnt waste their "save" on her though, because what if Danny or Allison or Lil were to be voted off? I KNOW they would rather use their save on someone like that.

ETA: Jason is starting to get jealous of my crush on Danny! lol
