It is looking as though I may have to invest in some pre seed...my questions are these...

#1...so far my DH has not complained that I am too "dry" I seem to always be "wet" down there, but my concern is I'm less "wet" then I usually am of late...and it doesn't seem to be going EW (mind you O day is still a bit off...if the Metformin doesn't make me O early) I'm just concerned that I will use it and DH will not like it... That it will make me too "wet"

#2...how do you know how much to use?

#3...which package is the best to buy...there are a couple of different ones on earlypregnancytests.com?

I'm not counting on this cycle...I'm still trying, but really hoping next cycle when I have a relatively normal cycle, I can have the preseed if the metformin does continue to dry me up...(silly meds)

I've used both pre-seed and pre external lubricant (the same folks make both). I'd recommend getting a package of the pre external if you don't want to have "too much", kwim? You could just use a little on the outside- him or you.

As for the preseed, I've done the individual applicators and found it to be annoying. They've finally come out with a tube that comes with a number (6 maybe?) of reusable applicators- you can use whatever amount you want since you squeeze the tube into the applicator yourself! Plus you can reuse them (the old applicators weren't reusable as it didn't close). So my opinion would be to get both and see which you like better, but that's just me. Preseed was a bit more sticky than the external stuff.

I also thought preseed was too sticky. It's the only kind I used, and I didn't like it. I have a lot of CM normally, but I wanted to see what it was like. DH really hated it and actually thought it made me drier - because it was sticky.

I LOVE Pre-seed and definetely think it helped us achieve that BFP. If you buy the one with individual applicators, there are "measuring lines" so you can see exactly how much you'll need. I think we filled it to about 3? As far as being *too wet, I don't think your DH would complain AT ALL. Bo thought he died and went to heaven the 1st time we used it. I know everyone is different, and I've heard some women (like Addie) say it's too sticky. They even have actual pharmacies in the US and Canada where you can pick it up, (if you don't want to order it online) Good luck with it girl! Find Pre~Seed in Stores Near You - Click Here

I love preseed and DH likes it too. I buy the prefilled applicator ones and I use pretty much the whole thing. It took a couple of times of using to get it just right. I tend to be on the dry side normally so I also use a little externally. (sorry TMI)

Good luck!

DH doesn't really like pre-seed. We also bought the external lubricant Pre and he likes that much better. Try both and see which on you like. But before you order online: 1 - google any discount codes and 2 - check with your fertility clinic as they may sell it as well.

I bought the one with the applicators that you fill yourself. That way we could use as much or as little as we wanted.
