I was terrible last week. So this week I am setting a goal of losing 1.5 lbs. I will count my calories and drink my water everyday! I am only going to make my exercise goal to run twice, but this is kind of a crazy week, so we'll see what happens!

I'm starting a 13 wek sprint training program...if I get PG I probably will do fast walking instead of jogging, but its a pretty easy program...
Week 1 (I started late, so in future weeks, I'll have another off day)
Wednesday: Run-20 - DONE - 2 mile in 20:23
Thursday: Bike 35 then Run-10
Sunday: Bike-40 then Run 15
