I was terrible last week. So this week I am setting a goal of losing 1.5 lbs. I will count my calories and drink my water everyday! I am only going to make my exercise goal to run twice, but this is kind of a crazy week, so we'll see what happens!

What's your goal this week?

My goal is to go to the gym 4X and try to eat well of course. I'd like to lose 1-2 pounds, we'll see how it goes.

My goal is to watch what I eat better. I went to the store today and bought a lot of fresh fruit and veggies. I made out a meal/snack plan for the week and I hope to follow it.

My goal is to go to boot camp all 5 days this week (which I usually do anyway). I also want to be more diligent in keeping my food journal. I hope that I can lose about 2 lbs.

My goal is to eat healthier and not so many carbs. No more junkfood! I also want to start exercising on Sat. after my 3 nights of work.

I'm starting a 13 wek sprint training program...if I get PG I probably will do fast walking instead of jogging, but its a pretty easy program...
Week 1 (I started late, so in future weeks, I'll have another off day)
Wednesday: Run-20 - DONE - 2 mile in 20:23
Thursday: Bike 35 then Run-10
Friday: Off
Saturday: Swim-30
Sunday: Bike-40 then Run 15
