I finally got a +OPK today and DH comes back tomorrow. Hopefully he won't be too tired after 20 hours of plane rides and 7 hours of car drives. My question is this.....A positive OPK means O in 24-48 hours so that means anywhere from now CD17 to CD20 right? How long does your LP have to be to get pregnant? My cycle is 29 days so the longest LP would be 12 days and shortest would be 9. Is that long enough?

Yes, you should O within the next 24-48 hours. I am pretty sure if your LP is shorter than 10 days, you could have a problem. A lot of girls take B6 here to lengthen their LP. I was taking it, but it didn't help to make my LP longer so I stopped taking it. But if it's shorter than 10 days pretty often, I would start taking B6 and see if it helps. Good luck!!

First yay for a + OPK!!! Here's some energy dust for bding

Everyone woman is different but after you get a + opk usually 24-48 hours is your fertile window. I was worried about my LP usually being 11-12 days and my DR. said that it was okay but if I went to anything less than 10 days a few cycles in a row then she would be concerned. I have been taking B6 which as helped stabilize my LP.

for Oing. I agree with the girls once your LP is over 10 days you should be fine. Good timing with DH coming home. We were the same last cycle DH was away. When he got in I had a steak dinner ready for him sent him to bed for a nap so that way he was refreshed and ready for BDing. Good Luck honey Hope you catch your eggie.
Here is some baby dust coming your way...

Yay for a + OPK!!! I hope that you can convince DH that BD'ing is what he wants to do! Maybe you should greet him at the door wearing nothing but plastic wrap! Nah - better not!

Have fun, good luck catching that egg!
