I know ideally you should BD every other day or so... But when is the earliest before O you can BD and still get pregnant?

Hypothetically sperm can live up to five days inside of you, but the majority will die off within 3 days. That's why BD'ing at least every other day when TTC is recommended to make sure your bases are covered.

True. I have heard though that if your CM isn't in the greatest condition that the sperm won't live longer than a day. Has anyone else heard this?

Thanks guys! I was just curious. I had heard sperm could live up to 7 days inside the cervix. I just didn't know what the norm was.

Yes, the 5 days is with the perfect, optimal CM. The whole point of CM is that is makes it easier for the sperm to travel where they need to go. Without good CM the sperm can't travel so it won't do too much good if it can't go anywhere. That's why I'm intrigued by PreSeed, although I've never tried it.

I have never tried Preseed either! I really don't know much about it!! Maybe I should look more into it... lol

It seems like it would work pretty well since the lubrication is inserted internally and it claims to provide a great "sperm friendly" environment. I think that it is one of the only things I haven't tried yet
