I get woken up between 5 am-6am EVERY single CD1. It's like if I'm not awake to feel those first cramps and see that first dark red blood, it can't happen. Is anyone else the same way???

I tend to wake up early around my CD1 .. It definitely never sneaks up on me. I get the prewarning and am forced to wait around for the minute it happens.

I never get my period until I get up and go to the bathroom, I spot a tiny bit and then I bleed HEAVY almost immediately. So I have ONE spotting warning.

I always start in the middle of the night... I always wake up and I know before I even get up or full wake up that I have started by the cramps.

I usually start in the middle of the day. Now that I am off of birth control I cramp really bad and my cycle is pretty heavy.

Mine varies, but the month I was using progesterone cream, AF came anyway and I woke up to it and it was bright red. I kind of laughed and thought, well the witch was coming no matter what. This time I started at night, but before I went to bed. My cramps usually hurt so I know when the witch is knocking.

Off of the BCP I get the worst cramps booo. No surprise AF visits for me lol
