Oh goodness what a ride.
Well if anyone remembers I went on a girls vacation last week, and so I've missed being here. It looks like we had some more new people join in and it also looks like Danee is our cohost! Awesome! So anyway, I'm back from vacation and I'm ready to jump back in here.
I'd like to give you all an update and see if anyone out there might have something to say. The day I got back from vacation I went an had an HSG. Little history about me, I have had blood work done and hormones checked and everything is completely normal, I don't have endo or pcos and DH's SA came back completely fine. Basically the last time I saw my doctor she said, "I'm really not sure why you're not pregnant yet". Gee, thanks. Anyway, the dr wanted me to have an HSG done before she will prescribe Clomid, just to make sure everything is clear, and there is NOTHING in my history that would indicate there would be any issues. Well, as luck would have it, I have one completely blocked tube. I was very upset after finding this out. She thinks we can still get pregnant, but I guess it's just going to take us longer. Anyway, after much crying and emotional irrationalness I fell asleep for the afternoon. I know my situation isn't as bad as others, but it just took me for such a surprise that I really needed time to process and think about it. I'm doing better now emotionally.
So that brings me to today.
I usually haven't been O'ing until CD18- 23 ish and since my hubby left tonight for 5 day camping/paintball boys trip I figured we would be out for this cycle. But, lucky for me I guess because I started having EWCM earlier than normal so I took an OPK and there was a line. I figured I'd O in a day or two and sure enough I got a blaring positive yesterday. I'm excited and I actually have a shot this month because I could feel O pains on my good side and I've heard so many good things about girls getting pregnant on their HSG cycle.
So, here's to the TWW and I'm pretty sure I'm 1 DPO
