When counting DPO how do you go about it? I just want to make sure I am correct on my DPO. If I tested positive for LH surge with my OPK on March 29 and then negative on March 30 do I count march 30 as DPO 1? Thanks!!
My two beautiful babies!!

I could be wrong, but I think you would count March 31 as 1dpo. The LH surge tells you that ovulation will occur in the next 24-36 hours. So, my understanding of it is that you wouldn't ovulate until the 30th of March. So, the next day would be 1 day past ovulation.
That's how I calculate it anyway. Maybe someone else knows for sure.
