For me usually late afternoon/early evening. I've had them in the morning and late at night, but those are the minority. When I know I'm close I test about 3 times a day so I don't miss it. I used to get +'s for 2 days in a row but seems to only be 1 day now.

I've gotten mine in the morning and in the evening. I seem to get progression OPKs; they get darker until I get my + and then after I get my + then the next day it gets light again.

I think it's different for everyone.

This was a great question. I've never seen a positive OPK since I got them too late last cycle. I know everyone has their own pattern & length of time they see a positive, and I'm hoping I figure mine out soon! Would definitely make things easier! Good luck!

I get a progression, too. I think I may have missed mine yesterday. I usually test at about 6pm but yesterday I tested at about 4:30. It was almost positive, but not quite. Today the line was lighter. I meant to test later last night in case it was positive then, but I forgot.

Mine get darker around CD 14 like I'm going to O and then I don't. Then when I really do O, they get so dark they are red, but I get no progression.
