When/how do you wake up in the morning? Do you have a specific routine?

Because I work nights I let myself sleep until I wake up on my own unless I have some place to be. I usually wake up at about nine thirty, go to the bathroom, brush my teeth and shower.

DH's alarm goes off around 5:55am, so it wakes me up and I temp.. he lets the dog out and goes to the kitchen for breakfast, so I go back to sleep until he wakes me up around 6:30. Luckily he lets me veg out until I feel like getting up - but I have to be out the door by 7:15 .. so luckily once I'm up I move fast (shower, dress, brush teeth, put dog out, bring dog in and locate his collar and put it on and get both of us into the car - he goes to doggy daycare). I eat breakfast at work.

DH sets the alarm for whenever he gets up - usually around 6. I temp, then usually go back to sleep until he gets out of the shower, and then I get up. I head downstairs, make coffee, feed and let out the dogs, take care of the hermit crabs, feed my fish, mist my gecko (whew!), then hit the books! School work!

my alarm goes off to temp at 6a.m. then fall back asleep for about hour and half till 7:30.
*wake up and let dogs outside, put barn clothes on
*ride over to barn feed horses clean 4 stalls and prepare for evening feedings
* drive back home let dogs in, wash face and change into regular clothes
*get bird out of cage and feed 2 dogs and cat
*sit and share breakfast with bird while watching tv
* feed squirrel and put food in birds bowl, put her back in cage
* load dogs into car make sure cat is not in my room
*finally leave about 8:45ish....wew....

Wake up at 6:30, temp, go feed and let out dog and cats. Then I jump in the shower, get ready for work, make coffee/lunch for Dh and I. Then we both head out to work!

DH's alarm usually goes off first, 7-7:30ish (it varies since he's self-employed). Sometimes he goes back to bed and resets it for later. Either way, he gets up and lets the dog out/in, feeds him and the cats, gets dressed and leaves whenever he needs to that particular day. I have a temp alarm at 8, then I either go back to sleep or watch TV until my work alarm at 8:30. If I'm especially tired, I can stay in bed until 9 if I don't dry my hair Shower, dress, make a quick K-Cup, and I'm out! I don't have to leave until 9:30 to be at work at 10.

I currently set my alarm for 7, but usually stay in bed until DH leaves for work around 7:45. Lately I've been going back to sleep for awhile, but normally I get up and have breakfast right away. Always wake up hungry! Planning to switch back to getting up at 6 or 6:30 at some point.

DH's alarm goes off about 5 and I usually don't wake up to it so I sleep untill my alarm goes off at 8 then I temp and I usually go back to bed unless I have somewhere I have to go then I go potty feed and water the dog and let her out, fill up my water bottle then I wash face face brush teeth and do hair ( shower if I can, I like to shower in the evening usually) then grab my purse and I'm out!
