Ladies I am reposting this from the TTC board, so I am sorry if you are reading twice but I wanted to pass this along to everyone

Af has officially moved out and I just went to Walgreens (and to $ tree) to stock up for this cycle. I decided to try opk's again this cycle, since I have been on the Metformin a little over 3 weeks I am hoping my body is regulated enough that they will work again and not give me +'s for 2 weeks straight (FX'd). Here is the awesome part, Walgreens had the 20 pack of Answer Opk's on sale for $6.00!! for those who don't know this pack of opk's normally ranges from $20-$25. I am not sure if they are not going to carry them anymore or what, but I couldn't pass up $6....so I bought 2 boxes. Hopefully I just jinx'd myself as well and won't need the second box

So if you use opk's check out your local Walgreen's...one of the other ladies on the TTC board found them at her Walgreen's tonight as well.

I have plenty of opk's now, I bought 2 of the $ store hpt's in the dark purple box ( I have read those are more sensitive), I had one FRER left over from a couple cycles ago, and one of my opk boxes had a hpt test in it--this gives me 4 HPT's (I never keep them in the house, this could be dangerous). I also have my pre-seed ready to go and I am taking my Metformin and Prenatal's religiously.

THIS WILL BE MY MONTH--LUCKY #7 HERE I COME!!

The answer opks give me a lot of false positives, but I know some girls on here swear by them. Yay for stocking up!! Here's to a brand new cycle!!

Hmm thanks for the heads up, the first couple cycles I used them they were dead on and then my body went nuts (PCOS took over) and I got positive for 2 weeks, but that was 100% my body doing it, the bloodwork proved it.

I took my first one today and was thrilled to see a negative (that just seems wrong to say) but I am keeping my fingers crossed for a regular cycle this month!

SWEET!!! I'm totally out of OPK's and haven't found a $ Tree yet. But I'd only get 6 tests for $6 bucks, so this is a waaay better deal!

Thanks for the heads up... Will check my local Walgreens!
