Lots of women are slow risers. Don't fret about it. Mine spiked last cycle the first day and then dropped at 2 DPO before spiking back up again on 3 DPO.

Time will tell...

That is a great spike! If your temps stay elevated like that don't be surprised if FF changes your O date. That happened to me. I had a slight rise, but then three days of significantly elevated temps and it moved my O date back one day.
