I know there are some of you who take Vitamin B on here.

One of my resolutions for 2012 is to really be better about taking my Vitamins! And I have to say I'm doin' perty darn good!

One of them is my super complex B. This CAN 'mess' with one's cycle...right?

I'm on CD27 - but the way my cycles have gone (25/30/25/30/25/30 etc...) this month should be a 25 day cycle.

I did have (warning ) a fairly heavy bit of spotting 3 days ago (really only noticed it during one trip to the restroom) - but NOTHING since. And for me that's not normal. NORMALLY I spot on/off for at least 3 days before goes full flow.

So I'm wondering - how DOES Vitamin B affect your cycle?

I haven't heard of it changing anything other than b6 lengthening your LP. Do you chart more info than just cycle length by chance?

B6 lengthened my LP... made me O earlier and made my cycle longer on the tail end as well. That's about the only way that I know it impacts a cycle. Of course, I was only taking extra supplements of B6 and B12... not the other B vitamins (besides what was in my prenatal).

No I do not chart info other than my cycle length. With our infertility issues being mainly MFI I nor my doctor have seen any reason to do so...

Just interesting though that today is CD28 and I'm just now seeing knocking at my door! And it's not even 'spotting' like I've always had either. So it seems this month I've not had andy spotting, really, (except for one thing I noticed a few days ago) which is unusual for me...so HOPEFULLY taking the Vitamin B really has made a difference?

I dunno. Obviously these are all questions for our RE appointment on the 24th!

to the other girls. It lengthens your LP and I'm sure it can react differently for everyone but it can lengthen your cycle a little bit. I'm taking B6 and B12 in addition to my prenatals and it made me O a lot earlier. It haven't seen my cycle lengthened but my cycle length varies evey month. Good luck!
