I made a post in another thread.. didnt get much of a response there, and I figured this thread would be a better fit!
This is our first cycle actually trying, past two months we werent trying, but not preventing, so we're very excited.. and im just anxious!!! Im going to see how it goes with just goin naturally, maybe make a general whereabouts as to when im ovulating, but no charting or trmps.. let nature take its course. But do you ladies have any words of advice? Or any stories to share? Thanks!!
Anywayyyyy, im hoping to test next weekend, shouldve ovulated this past one! Just gotta enjoy the TWW. Blehhh!

First of all, welcome! I'm Jenny. If you don't want to get into charting, my advice would be to just BD every other day from CD 10ish to CD 20ish, assuming you have a cycle of relatively normal length.

Hello and welcome! I am Dawn and if you are not interested in charting I would say to what Jenny said. You can watch for simple signs such as CM and maybe track symptoms around O time. The best thing to do is just BD every other day. However if it doesn't happen for you right away (I hope it does ) I would suggest charting for a couple months and using OPKs. You will learn so much about our cycle and about yourself which helpful when ttc.
Good luck and I hope your stay is short and sweet!

I understand charting can be so stressful. I agree though. If you don't want to chart BD every other day from day 10 -20. GL!!

Hi, welcome! My best friend did it totally naturally (meaning not monitoring anything) she just followed her gyn's advice which was to DTD on cycle day 10, 12, 14, 16.... they got pregnant on the first try.
Glad to meet you, hope your stay here is short & sweet

Welcome! I'm Karin, DH is Patrick, and we're on cycle 39 of TTC our first. This is a great group of girls, and we're all here for whatever you need!
It took my body a while to get back to normal after coming off BC. I agree with the other ladies...charting is the best way to get to know your body. I charted for a long time after coming off BC and it really helped me! Some cycles, I just don't fee like it, but at this point, having charted for so long, I have a really good idea of what my cycles are like!
Good luck!
