I just took a digi and it says "not pregnant" - I'm 18 DPO so I can't imagine that theres any reason for this to happen right now, other than an early loss or chemical pregnancy.

For those who have been through this, please help. Is that what is happening to me? My last test from monday was pretty dark....but the last two (FRER) was so barely visible and now the negative digi.

And yes, the urine was highly concentrated. I peed in a cup to confirm. I can't stop crying I am so confused....I just want to know whats going on. We were supposed to leave today to surprise DH's family (they live several hours away) - I was going to bring the digi to show them.

Now I am just here curled up in a ball

Oh, no. I'm so sorry. Have you tried calling your doctor? I don't have any experience with this either.

OMG I just read this! Josie...firstly..it may seem like the most scary thing to do...but call your doctor (or any doctor) and get a blood test done.

Hopefully its not a MC...and there's some explanation that makes sense.

Whatever happens, I am truly so sorry you're going through this. I hope someone on this forum will have some better answer for you.

I'm so sorry. I'm assuming AF has not shown up. I would call the doctor and have them take a blood test. I really hope it's a fluke and everything is ok. I will say a prayer for you. KUP.

Oh no! I am so sorry. Is there any chance the digi was bad? I'm hoping for a fluke test and that everything is ok. Call the doctor! And for sure KUP. Prayers to you!

So, I just went to the doctor.... and all it did was piss me off. I couldnt see my regular because I had to take the first doc who could see me.... here is what the guy said

"I dont trust HPT's at all, they arent accurate, its just a waste of money and a marketing ploy to get people like you worked up and spend your money"

Me: "Well, I've taken 9 and all were positive, are you saying that they could all be wrong"

Doctor "Absolutely, that means nothing"

So they did a blood test, which I won't know the results of until tomorrow morning...then he went on to say the blood test wont show me anything except confirm or deny pregnancy. "It won't give anymore details than a yes no"

Are you F'in kidding me? Do you think I'm a moron??? I went out of my way to ask specifically "doesnt it show that if the levels are low, thats a bad thing" And he told me "not really, that all depends........"

I ended up being so pissed off that I even went. Thanks a lot for nothing a-hole doctor. I'll figure the rest out myself.

Honestly I am so furious. There is nothing worse than going to the doctor and feeling no better at all and feeling like even if the blood test is positive, I'm in the same place I am today. He even told me that if someone had an abortion/miscarriage the month before, the levels would show up... so basically this test wont help me unless I was truly NEVER pregnant which I don't believe for ONE second. There is no way 9 pregnancy tests are wrong!!!!!

I'm soooo sorry, Josie. Have you had any bleeding? With 18 days of elevated temps it's definitely pregnancy.

I'm sorry the doctor is being such an ***. You were absolutely right to ask those questions. I wish I'd made sure my doctor asked for a quantitative number right from the start because my OB wanted that information and by then the blood was too old.

Yes, the numbers do matter because they need to know if the numbers are going up or down.

I'm so, so, so sorry hun and I pray for you that it's just a slow rise.

Ugh, what an ***hole doctor!! I'm so sorry you had to go through that after this morning. I don't have any experience with this situation but my fingers are crossed for you that it was just a fluke test. I'm assuming you haven't had any bleeding? I would hold on to that hope. I can't imagine how frustrating this is for you though, and I'm just really hoping tomorrow's blood results come around fast & are high for you. I don't know if this would only increase your stress or not, but do you have any other HPTs you can take in the meantime? Either way, KUP!!

After my *** doctor told me they were unreliable, yes I went straight to the store and bought 6 more I'm hoping that its just my stupid FMU.... but 18DPO I can't believe it would be.

I havent kept temping so not sure my temps are still high...

I havent had any bleeding. But alot of my symptoms (sore boobs) went away...trying not to analyze those things though.

I'm sorry, sweetie. I don't know. Try holding your urine for at least 4 hours and try again.

Did you make an appointment with an OB yet? I'd call the OB and get in there if you can. They'll take you more seriously. My heart is breaking for you and I hope that it's okay. Symptoms do come and go, so that in itself doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Thanks Robyn....I did see an OB. But I'm leaving on sunday for a business so I can't even go back to a doctor until next weekend at the earliest.

I know all I can do is give it time....its just scary/confusing/frustrating.

so, this guy was an OB and he was telling you that?!?! WTH!?! That's just wrong!

I understand completely how you're feeling right now. Feel free to PM me if you want to talk at all. I really hope that everything is okay for you and that all this worry is for nothing.
