Just wanted to introduce myself. I have been married for 4 years and am 30, and just started trying to conceive this month for our 1st baby. Think it's to soon to test though. Wondering how long everyone has been tryring for and if you know of many who conceived their first month trying?

I'm also 30 and we just started TTC also. I got a our first cycle trying, but it ended in a miscarriage. We're in our first TTC cycle post-loss now. I hope that your stay here is short and sweet! If you haven't started, I'd highly recommend you learn about charting. That's how I was able to get pregnant so quickly! Baby dust to you!

Welcome and good luck. I ditto the charting! Without charting, I never would have discovered my luteal phase defect and taken steps to fix it so I could get pregnant. Good luck to you. Hope you're one of those girls who gets lucky the first try.

Hello and welcome. I'm Dawn (28) and we started our ttc journey most 2 years ago and got pregnant on my second cycle of trying but then ended in miscarriage and been ttc ever since with a little break in between.

I ditto the charting as well, you will get to learn a lot about yourself. I personally know a few people who got pregnant on the first try so you just never know when it could happen. Good luck and I hope your stay is short and sweet.

Hey and welcome!! I also agree with the other ladies that there are things you can do to help move the process along a little bit. I'm still working on #1, but hopefully we'll get lucky and get a bfp soon. I would greatly encourage you to read the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility. I learned sooo much about my body, fertile signs and ways to time intercourse correctly in order to achieve a pregnancy. Definitely consider checking it out! Hope your stay here is nice and quick

I'm in the exact same position as Belita. I got pregnant the first month trying just after getting off the BCP. It ended in m/c and am now in my first cycle of trying since m/c. Still waiting to ovulate! Charting definitely helps a huge lot!! Check out fertility friend and do the charting course. It teaches you so much about your body!
