Can someone please take a look at my chart and see if this means i didn't ovulate? And if I didn't do u think it could be because i was taking Provera at the beginning of my cycle or if it is possibly something else? I have always ovulated in the past so i don't know if this was a.fluke month because of the meds or something new i need to look into. Thank you so much

I don't think you've ovulated. Provera will raise your temps, so those high temps days 7-13 don't really mean much.

They used to always be irregular (like 30-32 days) but the past couple months they have been 28. So maybe the Provera dis effect it.

if you dont mind me asking... why are you taking provera? I thought people only took that for the witch to show... am I wrong in being confused here? my doctor would only give it to me if I have a VERY LONG CYCLE! but if your having 28 -32 day cycles you shouldnt be taking provera... at least not that I know of...

What do you mean irregular 30-32? If they were always 30-32 days, so averaged 31 days, I wouldnt consider that to be irregular. Irregular to me would be more if you had a 26 day cycle, then a 35 day cycle, then a 29 day cycle.
Mrs.Paradise likes this.

Of course I don't mind :-) she prescribed it because i have had awful heavy periods the past 7 months which happen to be how long ago I had a m/c so they thought it would help with them being so heavy and to thin the lining in my uterus because I guess blood work showed it was really thick (hence heavy AF). I was supposed to take ot on cd 2 for 10 days tjen should have normal cycles after.

I guess I thought 28 was normal and anything else was considered irregular. But if 30-32 is regular would the make sense to just now be ovulating?

It looks like you are using OPK's; maybe keep testing and charting and see what this cycle brings you but it doesn't look like you O'd.

Are you taking your temp at the same time every morning? Do you temp before getting out of bed? Do you wake up at all in the night? You temps seem to be up and down by big differences and being consistent when you temp everyday is important

Looks like your temp is declining, you may be having an annovulatory cycle (which is completely normal to have 1 or 2 a year). I have heard that annovulatory cycles are usually shorter than normal, so you may actually have a visit from AF real soon and get to start a new cycle.

28 is considered the "average" cycle, but there is nothing irregular about a 30-32 day cycle.

No you haven't ovulated yet. You'll probably just ovulate later than usual because of the provera.

It's definitely possible you could still O, I wouldn't call it an annov cycle until the witch shows
